best pump for drying insert cavity?

I just tested the pump I bought, not on the doll but just to see if it works and it blows a very weak stream of air. Is it supposed to be that weak for it to dry the doll effectively or did I get the wrong kind of pump for the job?

The pumps I have are weak but work.
One used to work until a nozzle broke off.

I use this Nebulizer compressor, model 18080-AHC

It’s a medical-grade piston compressor, putting out 8 liters/minute at up to 30-35 psig. It’s bit noisy, but seems to dry things pretty quickly with this output volume.
(Sometimes you can find these at thrift stores in the used medical equipment section, for next to nothing.)
