I've often wondered, with the differences in head sizes, such as the #56 being larger than the #36, isn't it entirely possible that the same body could end up being two different heights? Like this body could be 159cm with the #36 and 161cm with the #56. Not that a couple of centimeters really matters, at least I wouldn't think so.

That stands to reason yes. Heads can vary a little in width and height as the shapes of the faces differ.
