Help for my 2nd Doll?

Hi, i recently bought a doll on Aliexpress 100cm BUT i have seen the problems that the doll has Nails that fall off, Vagina ripped really hard after the first use while i used lube and being really carefull, skin that comes loose (i only have her for maybe almost a month...) SO i now want a good doll so i was looking on RLSD website and i had a question about customs since i had problems with them before with my previous doll so i was wondering how and where do i have to pay them? Will i get the information through a email? Or do i need to call to somewhere? HELP Thank you! (For reading xD)

Depends on where your from. Here in australia tax is payable on items 1000 dollars and over. Check your package tracking and if it is stopped for tax it will say something to the effect. At that stage you will have to call or email the courier to get an amount. Once paid its released pretty quick. RLSD have a live chat and are happy to answer questions. My first doll was through them and i asked dozens of questions.

Edit. My doll was about 1400 and the tax was about 290. But check your countries imoort tax laws
Also depending on your doll some countries have regulations onnwhat dolls are permitted. Ask rlsd if your country has any restrictions their aware of
