It's definitely no problem to wear it on the 157B.
This head isn't too big for that body. Some people also thought head #162 is too big for the 157.
But it fits great like you can see on Mandos thread : (#162 is not smaller than head #200)

I've honestly to admit that I got some big issues to post the next set.
Made a lot of pictures, but couldn't decide which to choose. Instead sorting them out, I even made some more.. and more... Take another doll... and made some more. Experimenting with light... made some more... and lose track of it all
