RLSD does custom sizes for their doll clothing to ensure the fit. Not sure if OR does since I've never ordered from them and I didn't see the option listed.

I'm wondering if I can find clothes that fit on Amazon....I'm guessing my 156cm Bcup is gonna take a size xs, lol!
