RSS feeds?

RSS feeds?

In the URL window there is a RSS feed icon. Never used it before, but I got
a Zen X-fi 2 player for Xmas and it will download RSS feeds w/ Images, etc.

Don't really understand what RSS feeds really are, could anyone enlighten me? :?:

I have never used one, but they are an internet method of subscribing to a site. My understanding is you get updates when the site updates. Here is what Wikipediahas to say.

So... That means I can have the doll album on my media player device?
