Hi!
I am new here and when I tried to upload a picture with my avatar I found that this feature is disabled. Question: is this disabled for good for everyone or this is only for newcomers? At a certain point will it be available for me?

You should be able to add an avatar now, after you have one post approved.

Still, now you have five posts and newbie restrictions are gone?
