Other manufacturer and vendor pages?

I was looking through the $4000 and up pages, and I didn't see an entry for <removed, see our notice>. I was wondering if this was an oversight, or if there was a reason, and I was wondering if anyone else knows of any doll manufacturers or vendors that aren't on the forum. Any information on this is appreciated.

There are a few that the forum management chooses not to promote, because of unsatisfactory reports.
