Can't get my Signature to work

When I go to edit signature and click submit it says it been updated and return to user CP but nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong? It does show the signature in my profile but not in post.

Just to check, make sure that the box to attach a signature is checked when posting. I've attached a photo of the area you should check.
