Manufacturer / Review.

I would like to do a review of my new IronTech doll but they don't seem to have a section under reviews for the manufacturer. There is one for IronTech somewhere else, am I supposed to post it there and then someone moves it and opens a new folder or do I have to request a folder and post when it is opened?
