Custom order on sanhui website?

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum, but I have been using this forum for a good while.

I am looking to get my second love doll as my first love doll (an amazon TPE doll) melted when I traveled cross country looking for a job last summer.

Due to my uncertain job nature and constant moving, I need a silicone love doll rather than a TPE.

I found the #008 and #016 heads on sanhui website pretty appealing. And wanted to order a custom order on sanhuis website, but the customization list on the website is very limited, how would I order this?

Welcome to TDF Ero!

The Sanhui is a wonderful girl (in talks over one myself currently with them) but you should be able to order all those options without issue direct from the Sanhui website, though admittedly it can be a little difficult to navigate (I have mentioned this to them, they are looking into a redesign this year).

If you wish to actually speak to Coco and the team then it is probably better to get them on Skype at: sanhui1 (Yonghua Huang) but please bear in mind they are 14 hours ahead of Central Time so getting them can be awkward at times.

if I can also firect you to our New Member Welcome Page and I hope you enjoy your time with us. Please do not post links to known sites selling fake and counterfeit copies though.

When I try to order the second head, it only shows 3 head options.
Is it different on the computer version vs the mobild version?

I've order directly from the SANHUI website, and i've contact them directly by Skype or mail for my customization and everything went right !!
all the adresses are one the web site and they will help you to make your order smoothly !! and most important like that i've received exactly what i had ordered !!

I reckon sanhui website is very oddly built, for instance you can't quite access this link from your customisation form but directly (on another tab) it works fine...

Somehow you can manage to find another form than the last version to add product and options to your basket, but a good advice is to contact them directly as most people do, I'm sure they will be happy to give you a quote for your order.

Best of luck, I believe this is a great second choice.

So I found out how to do it.

So order whatever doll you want. (Best done in desktop website mode)
Then order it as close to how you want it as possible.
In order to add customization, you must first put the doll in the cart and select yay for customization.
Once it is in cart, you can order the other items (giggly, pigmentation, stands, etc).

When ordering an extra head and options not in the drop box (most arent). When placing the order, state what you want differently that what is posted on your order.

For Example:

Doll:
I want purple eyes instead of blue eyes.
I want short silver hear instead of black hair.
I want it textured.
I want it to have a green hue.
I want it to look like the example picture.

Extra head:
I want it to be head #16, not head #1
I want short black hair
I want the right eye green and the left eye blue.

I do recommend contacting them at this specific email before placing order so you can figure out what they can, and can not do.

I ordered mine directly through email. Just make a simple format list so they can understand of what you want. Just copy theirs and pick out and email. Was much easier, my old version of firefox wasnt working on their site. Something simple.

Due to some reason, the SANHUI website is not that straightforward, you can try to get in touch with SANHUI through emails or Skype, in this way, you can be sure they won't miss any of your add-on options.
