Is Sanhui E-mail adress only joke? Nothing answers, perhaps i asked too difficulties questions.

The best way to contact Coco & KK is by Skype. Also bear in mind the time differences.

How hell order from Sanhui is possible. Nothing answer E-mail (skype is from anal). 2016 Kimi answered almost immediatelly.
Correct way is answer questions before order.

Then they'll answer just in time with the usual excuses of bad email filters or whatever.

Skype is indeed shit and outdated, but I think you can at least log in through their site nowadays so you don't have to install that massive crap on your computer/phone. Afaik it is still the best way to contact Sanhui if you don't want to play the waiting game.
