She looks great - congratulations!

I like her face - she's very adorable. I don't know how stiff her joints are, so it's hard to advise. I always use both hands to move stiff joints - one to hold her and one to move the limb. It's confusing to explain. If her hips are stiff, it might be easiest to position her legs while she's on her back.
