Review of my Sanhui 165 (Licia)

Great review, thanks for taking the time.

Please can you (or anyone else that buys this doll) come back and do a follow up (post honeymoon) review, lets say 2 months or so.
I'd love to know if these dolls have any durability issues like 1.future skeletal problems, 2. delamination problems from general usage.

This doll is very much the body shape I love, very similar to my Yuuko just a bit longer with those legs..

You have chosen your doll well, TheIQF++ ; very well indeed.
More than a few of us guys love (from afar) the Sanhui 165 for that sweet face alone (Face #1) -- a face with an expression that gently, silently says "I like this/I like you", which is sooooo important to a lasting, positive emotional bond.
Yes, with a few easy tweaks like the ones for the eyes (make movable, and less white), Sanhui can make this doll practically perfect. Wow!

Yes the face really does it for me. She seems to communicate with those smiling eyes. The lips are perfect yet she is capable of oral... Sanhui totally knocked it out of the park with her.

The eyes have grown on me, but they need more depth and realism. I'd really like to get some grey/light blue ones. I'm hesitant to perform any surgery just yet! Sanhui should offer better eye options IMO. It wouldn't drive up the cost very much and it would be worth it for most buyers.

Sure! I like comparing the two. Maybe later with side by side pictures if that's alright. I think they are both works of art.

My DS168+ has the new soft silicon. They feel very similar, almost the same except for a few areas.
The hands of the DS are a little softer. My DS has finger wires but the SH165 seem sturdier and don't wiggle. The feet on the DS are much softer (for better or worse) and I can feel the silicone squishing around the skeleton. The "pancake feet" were kind of a weak point for DS that they hopefully fixed with the 170. I love the design of the SH feet.
The breasts on the SH are definitely squishier. I like to feel them both though.

Oh yes, I was drawn to both of them. Those legs...
Honestly, for me personally, when I was deciding between a DS168 or DS168+, what I really wanted was something in between. The SH165 has breasts that are not too big and more natural. That's just my personal taste though.
Also, I kind of wanted the butt to be a bit bigger on the DS168 but not as big as the DS170. The SH165 has a butt that is slightly bigger and squishier than the DS168. It blows me away how good it looks from every angle.

I wouldn't mind if she had more shapely calves like the DS170. Everybody is different though. It's a great thing to have such variety now. @ErrorNull, I think you'll be happy with either one!

Well I've been so busy with life and I've been away from my doll but I did get some time to take more pictures.
I'm getting used to her tight joints. Her pose-ability really is a plus. I had her balanced on the edge of the bed with her buns hanging over the side and she felt sturdy - like she wasn't going to fall. I had a lot of fun dressing her. She just comes alive when you give her attention. I'll look over and catch her eyes and it feels like she wants to tell me something...
I love the shape of her eyes.
I find myself thinking about her a lot...
