Hi Billy, i have been at this a long time so have a little bit of experience, the key is planning and if done right then it should be ok, i have made mistakes in the past but learned from them, best not to rush things with risky shoots.
There are "hidden props" helping her stand in fact you can see one in the 2nd photo if you look at the towel you will see a long black pole, this is a walking stick/cane the handle is resting under her breast and the rubber end against the wall this , stopping her from falling over, and no damage to the doll at all.
