It's hard to get an exact match because the measuring tape follows the shape of Boobarella's breasts, but this photo (click to make it larger) should, I believe, be about (or perhaps just VERY slightly under) "life size."

Dolly Dearest, is that right?

If you could get a photo of a ruler against her chest, that might help all of us who are fans and still wishing we were you!

Hard to say if that's life size, really.

And I'm not sure if Alice measured everything correctly.

I have this picture, if it helps. It's around 43cm. She's sitting up and her boobs are not being pushed together. If she's lying on her back, then ofcourse her boobs will spread a lot more than this.

It does help! I downloaded the new photo to my desktop, then kept clicking the "+" button until my measuring tape more or less matched the size of the one in the picture.

YL Doll 150 (per your measurements):
Bust: 110cm
Underbust: 58cm

This calculator is helpful. http://brasizecalculator.eu/

So here is the thing. Practically speaking, all the biggest bras in the world are made in UK sizes. If you're a woman with huge breasts in real life, you cannot even fit into US bras, so you would be compelled into shopping for UK sized bras online.

The biggest available bra sizes that I've seen are UK K-cups or L-cups, and they tend to only comes in a few styles. (However, a K-cup bra listed in UK sizing would be the same physical size as a much higher letter in US sizing... but such a high cup size would not be produced in the USA. Sad but true.)

Anyway....

For the YL Doll:
If we use a 58 cm underbust, and 110 cm bust, we calculate a "26 LL" as her ideal bra size, in UK sizing. (This would equate to a "26 R" in US sizing, which doesn't exist).

UK Sister sizes that will work on this doll are: 28 L, 28KK, or maybe 30K

Edit: However, if the measurements are slightly off, it would affect cup sizing. The doll likely needs a bigger bra than a 28 L, from the looks of her.
