What's a WaxWork Level head? Is this the same as S-Level makeup?

The 2018 New 167Evo doll WaxWork level make-up
DS made the upgrade based on the 167cm doll, it has much more sculptured details.
The new doll face with S class make-up, looks more realistic, S level make up or waxwork level make-up is the detail in the Matt and realistic finish by the make up artists.
