I just wanted to reiterate terms and conditions that Cloud Climax have a no returns policy.
Per our legal binding terms and conditions underwritten by our commercial barrister and within the guidance of UK Law

Doll Returns
All sales are final. We have a firm no doll returns policy due to the nature of the product. No refunds are given on completed products. Due to the nature of the products, no returns will be accepted and consumers agree that they will not have the right to cancel the contract. After production has begun no cancellations at all are permitted.
Under Section 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the cancellation rights conferred by the aforementioned regulations do not apply where:
“In the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery”

Warranties
None of our products are provided with any warranty unless specified upon the product page. Some may have a manufacturers guarantee but this will be specified upon the product page if a warranty is available.
No warranty is given or issued by Cloud Climax or Cloud Enterprises.

Exception to the rule where a doll is a manufacturer defect we will endeavour to resolve by in part replacement or full replacement after liaising with the manufacturer if they deem the product faulty.

This I believe is important to reiterate that dolls are not refundable at Cloud Climax.

Well done for stating this loud and clear. Is this also prompted on your site during the buying process then there can be absolutely no misinterpretations?

I guess that EU customer protection is still in effect (at least for a few more months). Also TDF requires from listed manufacturers and vendors to take full responsibility for the products they sell, this includes manufacturing defects, but also damages or loss during shipping or at customs. This isn't in contradiction to what is stated by Paul, it's just to put it in perspective.

Yes of course thank you Nescio. It goes without saying that any doll that arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit is replaced. Although this is irritating as it causes delays in getting the doll to the customer, this is something that we always do.

We take photos in the warehouse of packaging and of the doll itself prior to shipping. All customers have to okay the product in the images before it is shipped.

On our site at checkout buyers are prompted to read and then agree to our terms and conditions. An order cannot be completed until this box is ticked. This is really a good point made in the post from Maviarab

We always want to work with our customers in all instances if there was to be any kind of issue with their doll upon arrival. I have posted this thread to make clear that once you order your doll, we do not refund because someone has changed their mind and we do not accept doll returns because you’ve changed your mind once it’s arrived.

It’s really important for us to be clear on this because we are getting a lot of customers who are new to doll ownership and you’ve got to really understand the scope of doll ownership before committing.
