We have received an Amazon return that’s beyond resale, Amazon doing what Amazon does!
That’s another story, we supply to Amazon and on the odd occasion we do receive overstock back to our warehouse. 80% of the time in retail condition. Then we get the few that, are simply damaged and not much we can do with them. This particular one is damaged yes, however I do believe it’s still a useable doll. Box is damaged and the outer box is not fit for despatch so we or I will rework the packaging.
