We are no longer San Hui dolls

Post by Booty Call Dolls »

We have removed from our MFR gallery
Please note this has nothing to do with the quality of their dolls
They make beautiful dolls that are well made;however, we are not satisfied with our response time from inquires to them while I have seen a TDF vendor in China get replies/photos a lot faster than we do to a question (if we even get a reply).
We do not know why, but we do not think it fair to our future BCD FMers looking for a doll.
Additionally, we are truly hoping to be carrying one of the best PS doll makers doll in the USA in the near future.
Best,
BCD

That seems fair. Thanks for looking out for us.

What do FM and PS stand for?

Not sure what FM stands for, but I'm guessing PS stands for Platinum Silicone?

Also, did you mean - carrying one of the Best PS dollmaker's Dolls in the US, or one of the Best US PS Dollmaker's dolls?

Either way - excited for more PS options!

I think Jeff uses FM as short for family.

Did they have a change in management or something? Seems fair to me, if they don't wanna keep you in the loop and help you sell their dolls, then they're just gonna miss out on a great vendor (you) selling them.

Sorry to hear that they look nice

When he types FMer's he means BCD family members.

I’m new here, but I kind of have come to suspect we are a small amount of business for Chinese manufacturers, and that’s why they do things like this or send defective dolls or refuse to honor their own guarantee. I don’t mean all of them or that it’s a common thing, but I think they typically value their reputation in Asia more.

I dunno bout that, I mean obviously they've been doing business in Asia longer, but you'd figure North America would be their fastest growing market...be foolish not to see their intl. business as equally important

I wouldnt do business with slow/irresponsible responders either, shows me theyre either not that interested or Im not important to them.

More the gut feeling of a newbie than anything. But perhaps even that is symptomatic of an image problem.

FWIW, San Hui took two days to respond to a message I sent through their website as a possible customer asking a question.

I guarantee you that if Jeff drops a manufacturer, it's for a good reason. I totally trust him to protect our interests.

Yah, I thought Americans were all fat and rich, with disposable income falling out of our asses to spend on leisure goods. I guess the standard of living in Asian countries is better than I would have believed. Maybe we should build some shitty dolls and sell them over there.
It is okay to feed the bear! In fact, it is highly recommended! Just be sure to count your fingers afterword.
