To find out if dolls were for me, I bought a doll from a TDF vendor. Things went fine for a few days and then I noticed some peeling on fingers and parts of her body.

Things got worse as the weeks went on. The vendor couldn't/didn't help with this problem. In Feb I started talking to Jeff at BCD about a possible future purchase. After many emails, I brought up what was happening with my doll. Jeff did some quick research, recommended a course of action and helped to alleviate the growing degradation. He recommend the indigo protocol with microfiber washing cloths, which he said were important.

I followed his instructions.
First wash, oiling and powdering, the doll got better. On the 3rd washing, oiling the dolls skin color after powdering looked fantastic. I was grateful to Jeff's assistance in helping me, though he didn't sell me the doll.
