Does seamless mean the head is not interchangeable? If it is, how does it work?

Seamless means the head is permanently attached to the body, body and head are poured at the same time. I own a much smaller 65 cm JM and I'm a little above average, she can take me with no complaints. I can only imagine this doll would perform much better. Basically if you're fine with a smaller doll she will probably make you really happy.
