Long time lurker here from northern Europe.
Good news for me, my order is on the way from the factory to UK.
It was not an easy decision, as I used to own a different brand doll I didn't like. (I can share the story some day, maybe)

Congratulations. Exciting stuff. I am very close to making my first doll purchase. This forum has been a huge help in guiding me towards my decision.

And not so good news. I did receive the extra head I ordered, but still missing the whole package. I'm so glad I ordered via known vendor - I only have to wait and let Phil sort things out.

Phil is a top rate dedicated guy and he'll sort things out one way or the other. He scores highly among vendors, as do all TDF approved vendors. But Phil's an enthusiast beyond running a business. Most are, but he particularly so.

Yup, everything sorted out and Phil has shipped my order.
Couple of preparations at home to do still, and I have to acquire some more items like soap, baby oil etc.
