The stain remover couldn't pass through customs, so I placed my order with Star yesterday. Looks like your doll will have a twin once she arrives. Thanks for giving me a preview. It made my decision much easier. More photos please.

Morning,

I'll be doing a set of photos today for this dolly, due to some factory blemishes I'll be working on getting a replacement once the first one has sold.

Big thank you to SM Doll and Star for working with me to patch this issue up, I dislike the thought of selling a doll I like within a week of getting her but glad to know they have my back when working through an issue like this.

Thankfully the damage is in an area that is only affected when spreading the legs really wide, so I can still sleep next to and pose her for photos.

Afternoon,

This dolly came with some overlooked factory damage, a weak spot in the material right next to the vagina opening, skip to 7:25 in the unboxing video and you'll see the telltale yellowish spot.

The idea agreed upon by me and the rep was to sell this one and get a new replacement. Will update this thread if necessary.

On the subject of dolls arriving with imperfections, you can imagine my horror when I opened the box to find this. Like literally no packing materials. This is exactly how it looked on opening the lid.

Amazingly there was no actual damage and everything washed clean and she is perfect, especially the ultrasoft TPE with the extra thin breast wall construction.

I see the spot but what happened? What are the damages other than the color?
