Just look for a body you like (maybe the elf?)
Ask Star or another doll-maker to make a green version or whatever color you like.
Dolls are not realy mass production but consumer specified one at the time.

Mabe provide a picture or drawing of the makeup you want, i am sure the makeup artist love a challenge.
Maybe makeup on the body like avatar.
