No. Her breasts just look bigger and rounder when lying down on a bed or on her side. The squish upward

Oh HEAVENLY! Thank you for the info, I was not sure. But now I am glad to hear that is her normal size to begin with. Once I have room for a third lady I might need to chat with PassionDolls about a modify and move the lower lady parts more to the back.
