I'd say B-cup could be ideal. Ultimately, it's decided by how wide the hips are and big the ass is. I might not go passed a D-cup. I wouldn't mind a B-cup breast size on doll with a 150cm plus hip width circumference. Maybe, at some point I'll get around to doing some quick sculpts of some proportions I like that fit this mold.
