Thanks for pictures and descriptions.
Can you please add some words about its TPE? Is it too soft? Does is keep all creases and compression marks? In this topic
http://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 0#p1105850
it was said its TPE is ultra soft.
On your photo of doll ass if front of TV with football game there are a lot of them .
Also is this insert or builtin version?
Hi Mark, thanks for the comments.
Anastasia is my first doll, so as for regular TPE vs. ultra soft TPE, I would not know the difference. She is soft and does feel real when powdered. That's according to me and the dozens of onlookers that have touched her while I do outdoor photo shoots of her.
Does she crease? Yes, she does, but depending on the temperature in the room or outdoors, those creases fade away after a couple of hours.
If she is ultra soft TPE. She has had no issues with me. With the amount of photography, I have done with her, I have had to carry her, lift her and bear hug her to get her to photo locations and she has held up fine with no tears.
My only issues I have had thus far are the fingers on both hands are now broken(Damn, wire fingers) and stains due the many clothing changes she makes. The stains come and go. Usually fade away after a couple of weeks and they don't show on the photos, so no big deal for me. The fingers I expected since that is the biggest flaw in these dolls. I have been able to compensate or hide this in my photos.
For myself, I have absolutely no regrets in getting this model. And since Anastasia and Carrie, my roommate are similar sizes, I literally have thousands of wardrobe combinations for her. Never thought that Carrie's clothes hoarding would pay off for me.
She is an insert version. Glad I chose it. Very quick and easy to clean. Place a wooden kitchen spoon in the insert as a guide, lube the outside with baby oil and slide it in. The spoon will keep it straight and make it easier toguide in with your hands. Clean up, just pull it out with your fingers, take to the sink, turn it inside out and wash with antibacterial hand soap and let dry.
Any more questions, I am more than happy to answer.

Thanks, That is the stock wig that came with her. It does give her that elegant look, but the quality is crap. All the other wigs are courtesy of Carrie, my roommate. There quality is average at best.

Seems to be a default on some cameras. I find it very easy to fix with Gimp (if using Linux. If Windows or Mac, try some photo editor. I think they can all easily fix) I also played with the contrast. Hope you don't mind.

Thanks for the tips. Your touch ups on my photos look great.

Thanks again,LaDollyVita, have been using Carrie's Canon Rebel camera, lately and for some reason, even though I am rotating the photos in MS Photo. It still posts sideways here. Ugh!!!
With Carrie around, Anastasia has an endless supply of clothing. Some more interesting than others.
If you haven't seen my other post, I set up an Instagram account for Anastasia. I've been spending the last couple of days uploading photos from the past 6 weeks that Ana has been with me.

I browse TDF on a tablet, and for reasons I'm not familiar with all pictures show correctly for me. So no complaints from here! Also, good luck with the Instagram account!

Rotation is saved as a field in Exif data attached to Jpeg. While pixels still have landscape layout in memory.
As I have understood "Auto Rotation" chapter from Rebel manual they don't rotate image "physically" but only add Exif (I don't have this camera so you can check it yourself).
I think every image browsing software has batch rotation feature.
I use FastStone (freeware for personal use). In options just uncheck "AutoRotate by EXIF orientation tag" and it will show real image orientation. Then select all you want and press Ctrl+Alt+R/L to rotate right/left in place. In case you use Windows of course.
UPD.
Just have figured it out: in FastStone you can select everything at once and press Ctrl+Alt+A: it will rotate according to Exif.

Thanks Mark,
Went through the settings on the camera. Yes, it is set on auto rotate. This is probably causing the issue. So much stuff to learn. Digital cameras, social media, etc.,etc.,etc.

Thank you, believe me I have yet to scratch the surface on the amount of clothing choices I have. Carrie, my room mate is a clothes hoarder. She has everything. The only thing I need to purchase are shoes and rings. Anastasia has small feet and fingers for a 5'6" woman.
Your photos of Ana are spectacular. I love her face. Can't wait for it to go into production. I can have an Ana and an Anastasia. Wouldn't that be great.
I am very happy with the #15 head. She looks great as a blonde, brunette, and silver wigs. I wanted a face that gives her a late 20's look.
