I was having a problem with joint movement and thought SRSD had perhaps overstated the doll's range of motion, but they were very patient and helped me get it sorted out with Z-onedoll. It turns out the joint is just very tight and not quite where I expected it to be in the spine, so it took a special technique to use it. Knowing it was there also gave me the confidence to apply enough force with no fear of breaking her.
Great post-delivery service. But if it happens again, now I know to reach out to the manufacturer first to find the source of a problem.
