Their website is top notch. Selecting and customizing my order was very easy.
Communications:
As soon as my order was placed, I received a personal email from Joe. Great comms with vendor. Questions were answered on same day usually.
Delivery :
Delivery took 22 days which is what I estimated at the beginning. This includes customs wait to Canada. Joe also mentioned that factories were still in china new year backlog. No complain here. Product arrived without a scratch.
My overall satisfaction is excellent. I highly recommend this vendor. They also seem to have great discounts every now and then. I paid about 1850 USD for a wm 170 thanks to that awesome 20% discount. Will buy again.
