So I will start off by saying the customer service at this company was completely professional and very fast to answer every question I could think of. I had a concern and they even sent me a video to answer my questions.

I've bought dolls before from amazon and let me tell you this doll dosent even fall in the same level as the amazon doll. The face is so amazing and you will see from the pictures.

Doll selected was the WM 140 a cup with head #20 (looks better than the pictures)
I give them 10/10 on customer service and a 10/10 on the quality of this doll.

Took only about 3 weeks with all this terrible weather from start to finish. The standing feet option is such a bonus.
