To be honest, the first shots after dressing her up were... ehm.... difficult...

No, don't ever think just like that!
Your first shots are very nice already. As your review is. If you have some passion and fun on doing photography, your skills will grow very quickly. Maybe you are able to create your own style - even with some limitations in the beginning.

LOL, you are not the first one, who has mentioned that

For the joints...
They are regular and definitely the way to go!
Good stability to hold every pose, but on the other hand easy to bend and rotate through the ball-joint. Stiffness of some regular hinged joints (jinsan for example) isn't really comparable

Fortunately no staining at all.
Was washing both pieces endless times. Really evil stains

Under that black leather-look leggings, she was wearing some tights to prevent staining
No stains under that stretchy sheer top. Even not after several days...
The same top on my YL165 Ana caused some light stains on her arms. Disappeared completely after one day

Can't remember that I've got a major issue with staining on my 6YE dolls

Looks like 6YE TPE is more stain resistant than other TPE

Does stains come from black only? Is it safe to dress, take some photos and undress? Is it hard to remove stains? I see some shoes here, is this safe? Any chance to break her feet? And can you tell me shoes size?

NO
Black is definitely the worst and most aggressive [color]
But all dark colors might be staining. Especially purple, red, dark blue, brown..
Red stains sometimes really fast(red lingerie for example) , but often it disappears again very fast
Purple is almost aggressive like black.
Important is to wash all clothes before using.
Handwash - hot water - soap
If the water is getting really dark - be careful!
Wash it again and again until the deep dark color is fading
For testing use an insert or the backside of the head with some pressure.
For photography, without to tight clothes and to much pressure, dressing a very short time, is not a big deal..

But for a longer run, you have to be very careful!
Especially on the pressure points.
Sitting or lying (ass/thighs)
Watch the ‎Shoulder & Bra straps!!
Most of the stains disappear after several days or weeks..
For really bad staining, you can get the standard stain remover from your vendor
Or even better with no aggressive content, you can also use the great stain remover from Indigo20

Some guys here are using toothpaste (doesn't work for me) or acne cream! Works good, but could possibly harm the TPE

No, it's not safe, chances are good to break her feet
But, if you are very careful, you can control and get managed it

Shoesize is 36(EU)/3,5(UK)/5,5(US)
Most of my doll shoes are between 35/2,5/4,5 and 37/4/6
On bigger sizes you can stabilize the feet with some additional socks
