Neck movement

I just received a new 162cm B-cup Amor doll and the neck doesn't move. When I put the head on, she is looking downward. I've tried using considerable force and the neck does not allow movement in any direction. Is this a common issue with these dolls? I've also noticed that I can't really move her back which is in the arched position. I don't mind that so much because I bought this doll mainly for doggystyle and backdoor sex. I have messaged the vendor and am waiting for a reply. This is my first 6YE doll so any advice would be appreciated.

I resolved the bent/stuck neck by utilizing a large screwdriver to gain more leverage. I very slowly applied downward force. This took a few attempts moving the neck in minimal increments.

I have no experience with 6YE but doubt it is intended to be that tough to move, but this was a clever idea of yours. Hope that the skeleton is OK and it is maybe just adjusted too stiff so it will get a bit easier and you will be able to enjoy your doll for a long time.

I doubt it since there is no 162 cm doll on their site and for anybody else reading this, some vendors carry 6yE but do not have the right to the AMOR LINE. So this MIGHT explain, key word might, the issue

The Vendor is TDF approved! I bought this from Sexysexdoll. Isaac is great with customer service. This appears to just be a stiff neck, lol. It is still a bit hard to move with the head on but it does move now that I used the screwdriver. I believe the neck got jammed during shipping because I was sent factory photos and the neck straight in those.
