Can't get 6Ye doll to do this pose?

Post by mvcuk1 »

I have a 6Ye Premium 165 F Cup doll and I'm trying to get my doll to do the pose in the photos. However the back does not seem to arch as much as shown in these photos. Has anybody been able to recreate this pose or a similar pose using their 6Ye doll?

This has been a MAJOR concern of mine before I purchase a 6Ye. Lots of owners saying the skeleton can only arch back a couple degrees. Your two photos would "seem" to contradict this. Unless they've been altered, of course.

If your doll is new, the joints are probably just tight. the 6ye has a better skeleton(ball joints) than my WM168E. She can do that pose. See below, you will need to scroll through the set of 10.

My doll is 4 months old and I've arched the upper back as far as I can until the upper back locks. So I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hello mvcuk1. I took the pics of this doll. I did not alter the photos nor do I ever alter The photos for any pics I take for doll manufacturers.
That being said. Did you try turning her at the waist like I did? The back bend is accentuated when we turn the waist towards the viewer. Then I bent the neck up to continue the line of curvature.
I have 5-6 of these 6YE's here and have been a bit challenged with the back bend. I have requested they improve the angle of the back joint.
Its one area of improvement they need for the near perfect doll. Good choice! How about those ball joints?

So is it possible for a 6Ye to bend back this far?

I'll try your suggestions later this week and will post pics. Yes, I have to agree the ball joints make moving the doll so much easier.

Thought I'd update this post.

I tried to bend the back, but the back just won't move anymore after locking. Would it be possible for someone to show a video of how to do this pose with a 165F Premium doll or at least show a video of the back bend on a 165F Premium doll?

I find this a bit annoying as the back bend is possible with dolls from other manufacturers. When you have a great doll with a great figure you want to show it off and put the doll in sexy positions and back bending allows for these sexy positions.

The photo below shows an example of the way my doll looks when the back locks and doesn't bend anymore.

Do I need to keep pushing the back more after the back locks (I don't want to break the doll)?

Nope, the first picture is taken at an angle where the Torso is twisted a bit so it looks like she is bending her back up higher. You can't have the back go any further without damaging the spine.

I've owned that exact same doll the 165F gia and now have a 150b

That's a bummer, curving posture can be very sexy. Do you know if other or even all of the 6Ye ball-joint skeleton models can't arch their back?

Maybe you could post a photo of your, the actual doll and receive more information.

Ok so here are the photos showing the back arch that my 6Ye 165F Cup Premium Doll can do.

As you can see that's no where near enough back arch that is shown in the photos at the top of this post. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong?

I believe Alottahope was explaining that by turning the shoulders towards the viewer he was making the arch "appear" more extreme. A bit of an illusion. In his picture, your eye follows the curve from the butt to lower back and then onto the side of her torso, not her back. In your pic, we simply follow the curve of the back.

Image you posted is tricky, to receive same outcome you have to position her in same way. By looking at your last photo(barch2.jpg) You have to bend upper torso a bit forward and turn(rotate) her shoulders(upper torso) to make her facing you instead of looking forward. I think this can be a good example on how to trick or maybe I'm wrong :D

I'm unable to recreate position from photo because I haven't small table and my doll haven't standing feet to position her near big table. Still i may try to figure out something when i get free time.

By the way did you got second shipment with care kit and clothes?

Sorry for my bad English and sorry for some white spots after powder.
