Thanks mandos, I have had a Pentax camera of one sort or another since the 80's, So I have acquired a number of Pentax lenses so it made sense to go with it again.mandos wrote:Wow, very nice! Love the background, do you have your own studio or sound stage?

I'm now the proud owner of a K-1 full frame. I was using an older K-2000, but this new one is light-years from that.
That space is just our old rehearsal area in my basement that we used to use when we were gig'n.
Thanks Broven, I'm really liking this new gear.Broven wrote:Very nice shots. Her eyes are beautiful! They really draw the eye, so to speak.

Cheers,
Thanks Nescio50, I have a Sigma 50mm f1.4 coming to match up with my new K-1 but it needed to go to Sigma service for a firmware update before it would work with my K-1. It should be here in a week or two.Nescio50 wrote:Great photos

Re: Some shots of the WM gals with my new camera
I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around cameras and how they work, so that I can get the best photos, but some of the terminology is a bit confusing and I haven't been able to find someone who can explain it to a complete idiot like myself.
Doing photo shoots is something I will rarely do since they take a lot of effort, and I'm more into the other usefulness of my doll.
Dressing the doll in various outfits is rewarding too.

Thanks Fenrir, Yes everyone has there own reasons for owning a doll (or dolls) and each one is as valid as the next.Fenrir wrote:Very professional looking photos and a fine dress for a beautiful lady.
