I bought my doll directly from Shane from Irontech. Figuring out my options, which doll I wanted, payment and shipment were all very easy with Shane.
After I received her, there was a large manufacturing error with her head, resulting in a broken head. Shane was very responsive and quick in fixing the problem. He sent me a brand new head free of charge. Next time I buy from Irontech, I'm going through Shane, hands down.
