well.... really simple and all you need is bits of spare TPE stuffed under the heads TPE face mask. No surgical intrusions required.
IMO this could solve some the head size mismatches on certain big and voluptuous type bodies. As can be seen there´s enough room to either stuff the underjaw, the cheekbones, or both the same time. Other than possibly better head/body size match off course it also changes a head´s character quite considerably. The TPE pieces I used are rather big (1-2 cubic cm), but smaller ones should give a less noticeable outlook. Mix and match.
What do you think? Do all IT heads allow bits of stuffing?

yes, sorta like this. Just figured a third variation of stuffing. I´d pronounced chin width and protruding somewhat, the same time closing her lips a bit. Another interesting looks. But this one comes at a price. The chin TPE part somewhat lifts from the skull so likely only making it good for certain photo shooting.
