3D-scan, contract the 3D model a bit (doll always bloats slightly, and we also need inner shape, not outer), 3D print the mold and dip it.

solitaryman1424 are you still around?solitaryman1424 wrote:Timetraverler1; I wrote the recipe for making 1 pc latex doll bodies a few post down, so know any body with the money can start making them, the 1 problem, up front investment. the body is easy, but hard to pull from mold, as for the head, it's a bitch, easy to make, but a bitch to get a head without holes, been their, done that.
And can anyone direct me to the post solitaryman1424 is referencing?
How would a rotational mold work with latex?
Meaning, a hollow mold (like they cast TPE dolls)
set in a gimble and rotated every way.
The problems i see is that more latex would accumulate in the extremities like fingers and toes, but this may actually be a good thing.
Latex vulcanizes when it encounters an alkaline. And this is put on the form then allowed to dry, so i do not know if i would get a uniform coating on the inside of latex, or thicker in the extremities.
Maybe slip casting. (but that is a lot of latex)
Would love to hear anyone with experience in this.

I did. It didn't turn up anything.
Tried messaging him, but it seems he hasn't logged in since March
There was mention of old login / name not working.
Know what that name was?
