Haven't received my heels for my Bianca yet to test them but the PipeDream website states that she wears a Woman's size 7 (37-38 Euro). So that's the size I ordered.
I have an old pair of heels from my Realdoll that are size 8 and they are just a little bit bigger than Bianca's foot, so I think the size 7 is correct.

She is an awkward size being she has a small frame and huge assets. I think the feet are close to a size 3.5 or 4 in US size.
I think the bust is something like a 30k or 30L, I am not a bra expert, so this is likely incorrect.

I haven't double checked these measurements, but it is what I have wrote down:
Foot Length ~20cm
Inseam 79cm
Natural Waist 58cm
Underbust 63cm
Bust 93cm
Overbust 75cm
Neck Diameter 30cm
Head Diameter 49cm

I didn't bother to convert the measurements, since most of the clothes I have bought are made in China....

I want to know some details about the doll Bianka.
The description on the site is written:

And what is this?
Is this a removable vagina?

Those numbers aren’t accurate the Vag is easily 18cm the Ana is roughly the same.
I’m going to make absolute measurements today after work.

The anus is 6.5" deep, checked with an artists brush. That photo is a removable, replaceable insert, should make clean-up easy. The sleeve looks to be around 7.5" deep, and it recesses inside the body a little bit more than that. The mouth is a tiny little hole, I haven't prodded around much with it, so not sure on depth.

Upon further inspection the cavity depths are:
Vagina depth = 19cm (7.5” approx)
Anal depth = 17cm (7” approx)
Oral depth = 13cm (5” approx)

These are not absolute bottom, there is still room to push further, the material these dolls are made from is very soft but durable.
