My first doll arrives tomorrow, so to pass the time, I thought I'd share some thought on the service I received from this company.

Nothing short of spectacular. Once I finally decided to make the plunge, I knew I was going to need some help figuring out how to split the cost over a couple credit cards. I called and got one of the owners on the phone. At home. About to sit down for dinner.

He spoke with me at length, walked me through the whole process and answered my questions, while making me feel comfortable about the whole experience. Email followup regarding factory pictures, shipping options, and just general questions have all been responded to quickly. I've been in the Customer Service industry for 16 years, and I have to say that these guys get it. I'll certainly do business with them again.
