Newbie Question - Typical Order Time

First time buyer here....

I ordered my first doll ever on April 6th. It has not yet been shipped. Is this typical? It is a WM doll, so I suspect production time, photo time, packaging time is all on their side. Not much SDC can do there. I'm just wondering if this is a normal or abnormal wait time before getting out the door.

Did you already receive the factory photos of your doll for approval? Maybe follow-up with the vendor in regards to status of your order

Hey there! This is something we are routinely asked about. WM Doll manufacturing time is somewhere around 2-4 weeks at the moment.

If you can send us a PM with your order number, we can publish the timeline. Would be good info for all to see! We just need to know which order is yours as we can't connect to TDF logins.
