Maybe the way to go is to have you color match to my favorite WM head and make a barrier at the neck bolt (to prevent the TPE and silicone from getting next to each other).
I get the impression from my favorite (and the only vendor I'll ever use) vendor that you won't sell bodies headless. Is this true?
