Well Anung first, she would not be referring to me as “big” guy at all
I knew this was an issue before her arrival therefore I was super cautious using her, (PLENTY of lube)
As harem stated the entrance needs to be larger, the entrance is much smaller than the inner wall.

Someone a while back gave me an ecoflex recommendation for filling in tears.
He stated for the ecoflex to stick you really need to clean the area with MEK or acetone, rubbing alcohol won't work.

Jab thank you! Great information! I am well rehearsed in using silicone products and actually used acetone to clean the area before I applied silipoxy, it seemed to hold for awhile but not permanently
