Phil from The Doll House in the UK for certain.

World class customer service, kept me informed with her progress through to my doorstep, kept on at customs and fedex through the difficult patches to ensure Kaede arrived flawlessly, should I have the opportunity to purchase another doll in the future it will certainly be from him.

My nominee for Best Vendor is: RLSD.

They provide excellent customer service, and they have some great deals. Plus, Stacy is great.

My nominee for best vendor is Sandro from DollStudio.

These Awards would not have even come about without his ideas!

Not only is he a well respected vendor here on TDF but he does a tremendous amount of background work to help us all in the Doll World. His reviews are outstanding and he pulls no punches in examining a new doll in minute detail from ANY manufacturer - right down to looking at skin texture under the microscope and internal details with an endoscope!

His behind the scenes work has produced an amazing head adaptor so that any head can be used on any doll body regardless of the manufacturer (even a silicone/TPE mix which is not recommended unless there is appropriate separation!)! He constantly informs us of skin colours, texture, shape and feel for each doll he has had in his Studio - so much so that he has set the benchmark for all others! He has teamed up with Indigo20 to produce repair kits for most Doll manufacturers on the market, which is invaluable for us all! I could go on but check out the threads in the DollStudio forum!

I did purchase a doll through him last year but it was completely the wrong doll that arrived direct from China and he had no hesitation in taking it back to his Studio and even advised me on the cheapest shipping - which only cost me less than £70 from the UK to Germany but he refunded me anyway!

It's really very difficult to single out any particular good vendor from any other particularly good vendor. There are lots and they all deserve mention, nomination and acknowledgement but Phil has been through more shit than any other and stood firm in the face of adversity to the benefit of all - viewtopic.php?f=448&t=108736

My choice I RLSD. All of my girls have come from them, and even though I've said I don't need another doll and won't get another one, I'm sure we've all bs'ed ourselves with that line and the next time I order will be through them as well. When I bought my first doll, I was of course anxious and ordered her at the absolute worst time, Chinese New year. I'm sure I was a huge pain in the behind with that order, but you wouldn't know it from them. I have had nothing but great experiences with them, no matter if my order was a full doll order or just a TPE test piece. And when they have their in stock sales, let me tell you there's nothing better than ordering a doll and receiving her faster than if you bought a wig (3 days!!). I have even emailed them numerous times just with questions, many times in reference to discussions right here on the forum. They always reply quickly.

I got a damn good deal excellent advice on selection and complete resolution with the one small problem I had after the sale. Plus a lot of great advice you (can find my application of in the repair forums.)

I nominate BCD/Jeff this guy literally goes above and beyond. And I'm pretty picky and demanding. Yet, he never bats an eye at it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

For me it has to be Miracle from Dollscastle.
I have quite a few dolls from this vendor and she realy does go that extra mile for her customes.
Her service's don't stop even after you receive your doll she will keep in touch to make sure everything is ok
If not she will do whatever she has to to fight in your corner should something go wrong untill a
satisfactory result has been achieved. Such a lovely person and is only happy when your happy.

I have been a returning customer of her's for the past 3 years

My vote is definitely going to:

Miracle at Dolls Castle!

I've made 2 different purchases through her and both went fantastic from start to finish. But its not the business side of things that influenced my vote for her. Its the personal touch that she brings to the experience. She treats me like a person firstly and not just a customer which is big in my book. Aside from that she shows interest and comments on my forum postings as well which is important to me because it shows she considers me after the sale is done! She's also very patient and goes out of her way to answer questions and concerns even when there isn't an immediate sale attached. Awesome Person and Vendor!
