And that body... Delicious!!!
So... What did the weight come out to be for this New TPE Beauty?
You were talking around maybe 65 lbs, for the coming silicone version I think...
...but what did this TPE Version end up being???

Re: New Full Size TPE...162cm
Back when we first cast our original silicone Island Girl she was ( in my opinion) too heavy...at about 90 lbs. So, we made a new foam core mold and were able to reduce her weight significantly...to 74 lbs.
Knowing that she has “ normal “ legs...not super thin versions, I had hoped for the best, but the tpe version comes in at 90 or so, on the first casting.
But, the good news is that there are a few things that can be done to take the lbs off in the next castings.
We’ll see her weight reduced in subsequent castings.
Also, some new skeleton changes will be added as well.

Well I suspected she was probably pushing close to 80 lbs or more based on the weight of the previous Island Girl sculpt, as well as comparing her size to the TPE Spinner.toonist wrote:It’s a bit like deja vu all over again.

For a lot of the guys out there - that weight is perfectly doable - especially with that Amazing Standing Skeleton!
I am in engineering so I understand the process of developing a new/revised product and making changes and improvements along the way, so happy to hear you’re already thinking of ways to improve her moving forward.
Am looking forward to seeing how far you can go with the weight reductions, and taking those lessons learned into your other products...
Would love to see you find a way to reduce your TPE Spinner weight even more... and get her more in line with the Platinum Silicone version... just a few pounds can make a huge difference in playability
Good Job with your first run on the New Island Girl - She is a Real Beauty!!!
