Having seen the Spinner dolls up close in person, I'd have to say that it's about the smallest doll in physical stature that you'd want if you still want a "life-like" experience.
Any smaller than a Spinner, you are into torso only proportions.

MannequinFan and SFembot, could help with the design and modeling in 3d, even a skeleton with 3D printer, you know, too, how to make good shoes, too, in 3D printer.

We have a good sculptor, we have good designers and modelers, if they work together, this can be a reality.
