The Kimber mini can be cradled in one arm while opening a door, to avoid doll material being damaged by any edges on the door.

Yes they all have standing feature.
The vagina is fixed, with no other option.

All 3 cavities are fixed and awesome, although you would have to redo the face make up frequently if the mouth is your cavity of choice
