Re: Has anyone ever tried to dye or paint an entire doll ???
Sure, I've already gotten a couple of catsuits that I picked up off season on ebay for next to nothing. However I've not had any luck with getting makeup to apply, have you used any makeups, and what kind were they? The problem i had was that they will just make a watery smear and will not absorb as if applied to skin. I've had the best luck with tamiya model aircraft spray paint, it's an acrylic lacquer that will dry completely when applied to the vynil of an air babe. Does anyone know what kind of ink/paint the manufacturers use in the production of dolls? Once again any info is greatly appreciated here!samara78 wrote:Buy her a body suit in the color you like. You can apply powder makeup to her head to get the rest of the look you want

Thank you for sharing, I've seen this site in the past, I've sent them an inquiry about a custom doll a few days ago. We'll see how it goes!pup001 wrote:I said there were 2 makers that offered custom color but I was wrong. JM doll is the only one I've seen. You can see on their order page there is the option for custom color. http://jmdoll.com/index.php?s=eso/MessageEn/order/en

Maybe add some teeth and nails, red or dark hair in a tribal style, maybe make some armor and a little spear, tone her green, and LARP your way to enjoyment.
