DIY big syringe needle for oiling neck

Yesterday I went shopping for my TPE doll and visited pharmacy. It was very surprising to know that they do not keep big needles for syringes. After some disappointment I decided to make it myself from the brass tube. Now I will test it for injecting vaseline into her neck. Wouldn't like to get any injections with this needle though

Good stuff. You can even use a flavor injector type needle. These are found at kitchen ware stores.

Is this recommended and necessary? My doll is only 2.5 months old, when is this needed or is it symptom based?

I would be concerned that dirty grease or metal residue near the neck or skeleton would mix with the Vaseline and start to soak inside out and stain the TPE... is that a valid concern?

My both TPE dolls have a creaking neck from the birth. I know that it is common for TPE dolls with a "goose neck". Now I live not alone and the creaking sound at night is not the best thing I desire. Regarding the question about dirty grease - I don't know yet, may be you should ask Indigo, he is an inventor of this technology.

What I did was inject baby oil with one about half that size.

I do it with her in the standing position and the oil run down inside her neck and runs around her neck like a barber pole while massaging it in. I just made it part of her monthly oil bath.

The noise is almost all gone with two treatments.

I don't think the noise will ever be 100% gone.

I am told YL put a spring inside the goose neck to help reinforce the neck.

I notice it does seem to have some spring action to it so this may be the small amount of noise that I can still hear.

Had it been no louder than it is now I would have never have gave it a second thought.

Out of a 1 to 10 scale, I would have gave it a 10 to start. Now I would give it a 1.

Is what I do for neck creaks and find mineral oil best for tpe gals, although I use a silicone based lube for my real dolls and boy toy though.

So where do I find a big ass needle like that? What Indigo calls a 8cm cannula 2mm diameter? Is that something I can pickup on Amazon or in a hardware store like Lowes/Home Depot?

Tested it yesterday. It works! Had successfully injected 10ml of vaseline. BTW it is 11cm long and 2mm diameter.

Reviving this topic, I have a WM 170 and it is quite noisy. What I'm finding is a number of rods within the gooseneck assembly and TPE as well. I have tried the baby oil in the syringe, gonna give that a few times then try the vaseline in there. What I'm also finding is the noise is amplified by the hollow threaded neck bolt right into the head. When I put a solid eyebolt in there, not nearly as loud.

I have no idea if this will help, but you know those printer inkjet ink cartridge refill kits? Some of them come (came?) with syringes; the idea being that you'd draw up the liquid ink into the syringe then inject it into your cartridge. It's been years since I've seen one, though. And liquid ink is much less viscous than oil or vaseline. But it's an idea.
