It really depends on the head design. So far I have tested myself the Teeth&Tongue set on four heads. One didn't require any modification. Two required the molded on teeth to be removed. The last one needed a lot of TPE material to be removed in order to make room for the teeth. For the WM head #142 you will probably have to remove the TPE teeth inside the mouth. It is a head I will probably try to get at some point so I will try my set on her. But I don't know when.

I tested the T & T on 6 heads. Of those, only 2 worked without modifications.

Also, the YL Arabic head works, although she looks a bit bitchy, but I can use that for expression.
I could modify her to make them fit better, but then I'd lose her ability to give head, as well as her standard expression, which is quite pleasant.
As for the other 4 heads, I can totally relate to Junkguy's adaptations and reasons for doing it. If you screw the head up, you've destroyed the whole doll, or at least a $325 head. If you screw up the $100 set of teeth, you still have the expensive doll. Also, when the problem is that the angle of the oral hole does not match the angle of the T & T tube, the best way is to cut the tube off the teeth. Especially when you are dealing with several heads, because each head would have to be cut INTERNALLY with a hole saw, it would get messy, and mistakes would probably be made. Another problem is having dolls with existing teeth. They are in the way and must be removed or folded out of the way. My WM#46 has this problem, and I do not want to cut her teeth out when she already has a nice expression. My JY153 head tube angle is WAY off. Cutting the tube would be the only way to make them work. My WM#56 has the angle AND the tooth problem, and my YL128 head is just too small.
So, of my 6 heads, only 2 will work without modifications. Yes, I could modify the heads/T & T sets to make them all work, but some heads would lose oral capability, others would require the T&T mod permanently. It is still an interesting mod I am getting some use out of, but not the simple modification I was hoping for, like the mannequinfan eyes. One thing i would like to see, is a return to "pinkish" gums, as opposed to the black ones being used now. The original gums looked more natural in my opinion.
